Walls and windows are very thin. You hear conversations, TV, steps, the chairs against the floors, the rooster, the dogs... everything all night long and then construction works around you in the day.

Location and price are very good. Room very large with nice balcony. Full kitchen with full size refrigerator and microwave/hot plate, utensils. No coffee maker. Some small ants in kitchen area. Pools are very nice

Do Not Stay Here

The location was an idea given that I'm a Nomad, I travel and work. The location is not in the craziness of the tourist section but close enough to walk especially given that it's challenging for me to walk. The walk did not bother me at all.

I've stayed in some unique places; however, this place tops the WORST of them all. They hired an incredible photographer. The pictures are misleading. Let's start with the description; and it says it has breakfast, wifi, 3 pools, and a clean property. The breakfast is bread that's pre-toasted, coffee, and juice. I paid $120 for a loaf of bread, and they had the nerve to ask for tips. They actually do have 3 pools, but upon arrival, there was only ONE working pool. The 5th floor pool was available several weeks of me being there. As I was there for 26 days, they only had 2 working pools were consistently dirty. The condo has approximately 46 rooms with only 3 umbrellas and 4 lounge chairs around both pools. There were loose wires on the 5th flr. It made no sense, but the pool hours were from 10-7. So if you did a tour in hopes of hopping into the pool afterward is definitely a NO-GO!! Most of the staff were friendly but could be condescending at times. Now the room, first the elevator: it was always broken. When I walked into my room, this was an odor that was beyond bearable. The option was to accept a room a floor down that had an identical smell or refunded that took 10 days (thanks booking.com). The AC which was over the bed linked consistently, and when I told staff no come to my room to fix it. I give up on it being fixed. The room had so many holes, the curtains, the walls, the plates, and the bathroom. There were holes in the walls where you could see directly outside. The room was dark and gloomy; the curtains and lampshade and around the toilet were dirty. The wifi worked every 3 minutes, and that's after they upgraded the network. It never worked in my room. Please do not stay at this place; you will be poorly disappointed.

Very disappointed.

The Room we stayed in only had a window to the corridor. Since they had put a new coat of paint on one wall, there was a strong paint smell in the room. The air conditioning helped but it didn’t go away. We asked for another room, but it was the only one available. If we left, they would have charged us anyway. The rooms are plain, and not very welcoming. We found used toiletries from the previous guests, which can only mean that they didn’t clean the bathroom properly. If you want to party and have a bed to crush, it’s good enough. If you want to relax and sleep well, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The room was cleaned only once. We had to ask them to clean it. We had to ask for toilet paper, towels, new sheets. It was very loud, the walls are thin. The only way to close the door was by a key. It was awful
